Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before dispatch by e-mailing sales@phonejammer.com
with your order reference number. Orders cancelled by you after dispatch
of the goods will be subject to a handling fee, which shall cover our
reasonable re-stocking and administrative costs.
How much does delivery cost?
Free delivery worldwide on the P2JBZ is provided only at Phonejammer.com.
The price of delivering other units is calculated at checkout. We use
express airmail to deliver our goods on a 5 working day basis.
What if I cannot find what I want?
If you can't source a particular product, please e-mail sales@phonejammer.com
with your specific requirements, and we'll endeavour to find what you
need.
What happens if I have not received all of my order?
If you receive an incomplete order, please e-mail sales@phonejammer.com
with the order number and details of the incomplete items. We will
endeavour to resolve the problem and get back to you within the same
working day.
How do I give you some feedback?
We always welcome our customers’ comments. If you have any suggestions or

What is order tracking?
Order Tracking allows you to follow the progress of your order until it
reaches you. Tracking will tell you if your product is on order, in
dispatch, or with the courier. This service only applies to goods valued
at $250 or more.
When will my order arrive?
All items in stock ordered before midday will be dispatched the same day
for EMS Express Delivery / FEDEX. For orders placed for items not currently in
stock, we will endeavour to provide you with an accurate date for delivery
and e-mail you immediately if there is any alteration to that date.
Goods are delivered by courier and will need to be signed for upon
delivery.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
First, please allow 28 days from the date your order was dispatched (this
excludes Saturday, Sunday, & Bank holidays); if your good/s still remain
undelivered, please comply with the following procedure: Contact your
local postal sorting office. In 90% of cases, an attempt has been made to
deliver the good/s. If no one was present to sign for the delivery, the
good/s will have been returned to the postal sorting office/depot where
they will be stored for a period of 5-10 days. If after this period of
time, the good/s have still not been collected, they will be either
destroyed by Customs or returned to us at their discretion (returned post
can take up to 5 weeks).
